Youth Ministry

St Paul is committed to connecting young people to Jesus in a way that allows them to be real about their lives and faith. We have two youth groups, one for students in years 6 to 8 and a senior youth group for students in years 8 to 10.

SPY

St Paul Youth 

The year 6 to 8 youth group ( SPY) meets in the church hall on the 1st and 3rd Friday from 7 - 9 pm of every month during the school term. We often meet in the church hall to play games and to share a devotional time and pray. Once a term, we plan an 'out' activity, such as bowling. ice-skating or a trip to the Central Markets. 

Senior Youth

Our Senior Youth Group is a small group which is exploring being  youth led and parent supported. They meet either at the hall or in each others homes on Saturday nights three times a term please check our newsletter for details and give us a call. They would love to have you join them as they explore growing in maturity as Christians.

St Paul runs annual classes with the pastor for students from Years 7-9 to discuss the basic teachings of the Lutheran Church of Australia. At the end of the course of lessons, the students have the opportunity to publicly declare their Christian faith.
​These classes are referred to as Discipleship classes and run weekly for about a year.
